Thanks for taking the time to look at our donation page.

Steve came up with this idea that it would be good FUN, to enter the Maldon Mud Race this year along with Steve there is Sean (Swiss),  Martin (Slimmy), Ryan (Bryn) and myself (Simon, Marshy) entering and we are really pleased (NOT) to be taking part in the 2009 Maldon Mud race.

It is set on the prom in Maldon. When the tide is out a few hundred very silly individuals think it is a good idea to try and cross the river, along for the otherside and then back again, all in the name of Fun and Charity. I think we agree with one part of that statement and its not FUN!!!!

As we are such a good set of friends I asked the lads if we were going to collect for charity, could we opt for The Helen Rollason Charity for Cancer and they agreed. This is partly because it is a very worth while charity, but also it is close to our hearts, with my Auntie passing away from Cancer just over 4 years ago and with my Dad's wife passing away suddenly this year from a Heart Attack, but it was subsequently found that she had early stages of cancer also.
So it would be nice in the name of Charity to give something back to those who need help!!!!

We have a very strict training regime, especially that it is coming up for Christmas and there are lots of parties, so of course we will not be drinking, eating too much, partying late or generally abusing our bodies, if you believe that you must be mad!!!!

If you are in the area and want to come down and support us, it would be much appreciated, we will be the onces covered in MUD.
