I was inspired by someone I truly admire to get involved with this charity. And in helping others it has helped me become a better person too. I never thought I'd even think of running a 10k, but that's  before I met some of the great people involved. They helped inspire me to lose even more weight and to take up running. I just want to take another opportunity to giving a little something back.
