My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Cerebra have organised a 23 mile sponsored walk from Crymych to Fishguard on the 6th May 2012. We are hoping to raise much needed funds to support brain injured children and their families. Along the way, Cerebra's mascot bear Sir E. Bear, will be joining the trek. If you donate generously the bear costume will be worn by my good self.

So, it only took 11 hours! 9 miles uphill across the Preseli Hills to start, followed by many ups and downs until Fishguard was reached. Legs were very weary by the end, and yes, Sir E Bear did make a brief appearance. Take a look at the photos taken en-route.
