Dear reader who has graciously clicked on my page,

I was not a runner, in fact I barely walked anywhere, relying on my trusty car to take me places.

Last summer, tempted by the warm temperature and river trail near my house, I began to run and gained distance, speed, endurance and now oh yeah! I am a runner.

Running is hard, it takes a lot of motivation, regulating my breathing and of course dealing with achy joints and muscles. 

 I have chosen to run for Camp Simcha, an organisation I am so proud to be part of. 

Camp Simcha provide ongoing emotional and physical support, and love and care to children with are sick, and their families.
