<p>Why did we do this? 3 reasons:</p>
<p>1. It's for a good cause - eradicating <a title="obstetric fistula - WHO" href="http://bit.ly/jzpGyf">obstetric fistula</a> in Tanzania by 2016. Every £1 we raise will be matched by £2 by Vodafone. Woop!</p>
<p>2. Music Team went a bit insane over the summer...</p>
<p>3. Caroline had a dream. Seriously... "I woke up thinking I'd space hopper-ed to Brighton and it's been on my mind ever since."<strong> </strong></p>

<p><strong>So the plan: </strong></p>
<p>Grab an assortment of random "vehicles" & make our way along the traditional London to Brighton bike ride route. 54 miles... Oof!</p>

<p><strong>Caroline</strong>: <em><span style="color: #333399;">Space Hopper</span></em> Taking two hoppers and a puncture repair kit + gaffer tape. When they give out (or her back does), she's onto roller blades.</p>
<p><strong>Shotije</strong>: <em><span style="color: #333399;">Roller blades </span></em> Tried rollerblading for the first time ever last week. Hopes to learn quickly!</p>
<p><strong>Glenn</strong>: <span style="color: #333399;"><em>Blue scooter </em></span> No, not the motorised kind - one foot pedalling machine, all the way...</p>
<p><strong>Al</strong> & <strong>Mark</strong>: <em><span style="color: #333399;">Tandem</span></em> Could get interesting on the steep up's and down's - it's not a flat ride.</p>
<p><strong>Dipen</strong>: <span style="color: #333399;"><em>Skateboard</em></span> Retro. Expect some ollies & kickflips.</p>
<p><strong>Gerlando</strong>: <em><span style="color: #333399;">Tandem</span></em> Do we have even numbers here?</p>
<p><strong>Martin</strong>: <em><span style="color: #333399;">Bike</span></em> But wearing what...????</p>

<p><strong>Gareth</strong>: <span style="color: #333399;"><em>fold up bike</em></span> Went solo in October and successfully completed a reccie of the route for the team</p>
<p><strong>Rebecca</strong>: <span style="color: #333399;"><em>pink scooter</em></span> She's been unstable for years. This is her comeback.</p>
<p><strong>Sancha</strong>: <span style="color: #333399;"><em>all important support vehicle</em></span> She's renamed her car the Moyomobile. This girl is keeping us going and carrying supplies and spare gear. A trooper!</p>
