Dear friends,

I'm running in the RAK (Ras al-Khaimah) Half Marathon on February 15 to raise money for the charity Together for Sudan.

Together for Sudan's mission is to secure a better future for disadvantaged Sudanese women and children by providing educational support without religious or ethnic discrimination.

Some of the activities of Together for Sudan include:

- University scholarships

- Vocational training

- Eye care outreach

- Women's literacy classes

- HIV/AIDS outreach

- Schooling for orphans

I'd like to play a small part in supporting this cause and helping the people in my home country.  Your support is greatly appreciated and will make a huge difference to people with very little.
