The Prince's Trust Palace to Palace 2016 · 2 October 2016 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I'm taking part in Palace to Palace, which is 45 mile event, going from the Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, because of the charity that benefit from the money.

Even though I am a regular club cyclist where a 45 mile ride is the norm for us, this is not about me. It's about the Prince's Trust and the young people they help who are either in care (or leaving care), facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or have been in trouble with the law.
