There will be twelve of us completing a 24hour bike ride from Rhyl to Cardiff Bay on 27th/28th Aug. We are doing this for a very good cause the NSPCC. The NSPCC helps children everywhere overcome the horrors of abuse, through play therapy, group work and more; they also run the ChildLine service which takes thousands of calls everyday from distressed children and young people.
