In September I am hoping to Trek the Great Wall of China. I will be walking upto 7 hours a day, for 5 days. This will be harder for me than most, as I have a 20 year old hip replacement through Bone Cancer back in 1991.

I'm also registered Partially sighted, after having surgery on a cancerous brain tumour, several times, spanning the last 10 years.  This was last operated on 3 years ago, fingers crossed it hasn't appeared again. Little bugger sometimes does though ha ha

 

My most recent problem, was breast cancer,  this year, being the big 5 year mark, Remission Over, China  here I come. ha!

 

This year is the 20 year old anniversary of my first installment with cancer. Back then I thought I'd never get over it. Now I'm thinking did all that really happen. I would like you to help me in raising as much as possible towards the Yorkshire Cancer Centre 10million pound appeal to say thanks for the past 20 years

 

Forthcoming events

28th May - Non Union Form Day at Temple Moor High School, all organised by my fantastic daughter Kennedy(Luv ya!) - The school collect approx £700 - just waiting for the cheque :)

11th June - Myself and Stacey Smith will be holding an event in Clarendon Wing LGI - Come and have a look :)

11th July - Andrew Procter is singing in the Whitkirk Cricket Club. Food Provided. tickets £10 from 4pm. Raffle and Auction(hopefully)
