The charity I have chosen is Special Kids in the UK. They are a national charity where parents of children with Special Needs can chat and get practical as well as emotional support.  They also subsidise get togethers so that people can share experiences and, most importantly, have fun with families in a similar situation.

The charity really helped my amazing Auntie when my cousin Alex died two years ago. He is greatly missed and I will be thinking of him, as always, when I run in October.
