Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

 

It was some months ago when a friend of mine contacted me with a fantastic idea...
We have both been aware for some time that we are too short for our weight and like a drop too much alcohol.  It is with this in mind that we have decided to embark upon a quest that will stand us in good stead for the future from a health point of view.  I hope to raise some money for The Stroke Association along the way.

The goals are clear


I am hoping for sponsorship to adhere to the conditions as follows:

The timescale is about a year - Monday 4th January 2010 – Monday 20th December 2010

  • To lose a minimum of 4 stone during this period

    •  

  • Not to drink any alcohol during this period

    •  

  • It is compulsory for me to join Slimming World so that my progress is well documented.
