Hello friends!

I haven't cycled 60 miles since I was about 25 years old, but I'm looking forward to it, especially as one of the chosen charities is Cystic Fibrosis. I will be thinking of my school friend, Annabel Hartley, when I struggle up Beacon Hill (among other hills). She took CF in her stride until it took her, shortly after she completed her degree. She was a wonderful person.

And now for some much needed interval training.....!
