As you all know we lost our wonderful mum, nan and great nan just over 2 years ago to Alzheimer's, if you were lucky enough to know her you will know just how much we miss her.

On Sunday 31st August we are doing a memory day in Greenwich Park, one of the places she loved to visit, during the day over 30 members of our family ranging from 8 months -70 years old will be taking part in walking or running 5k or 10k.

Alzheimer's is a heartbreaking disease and watching someone you love suffer is one of the hardest times you will ever face, if you would like to donate to our page we would be truly grateful and hope that one day our money helps to make a difference to others lives.
