<div id="story" class="frp-message-body" style="height: auto;"> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Hello all,</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Firstly, thank you so much&nbsp;for visiting my fundraising page.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Once again I'm running the 10K<font size="2"><span style="font-size: x-small;">M&nbsp;and am going to be supporting these much needed charities on the 16th April 2011.&nbsp; These year it is going to be touch, no trainning at all :-(!!</span></font></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Here is a bit about the charities:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>BAPS Charities</strong> is an international </span><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="color: #3e3e3e;">socio-spiritual </span></span><span style="font-size: x-small;">charitable organisation committed to caring for individuals, families and communities. <span style="color: #3e3e3e;">They are involved in 160 humanitarian services in local and international projects for social, moral, educational, ecological, health, cultural, spiritual care and uplift through a dedicated volunteer force of 45,000 youths and over 800 sadhus, who annually dedicate 12 million volunteer-hours in serving others. It has de-addicted over 600,000 people and created a society, free from violence, drugs and crime and charged with a spirit of selfless service.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><strong>Age UK </strong>has a vision of a world in which older people flourish. We aim to improve later life for everyone through our information and advice, campaigns, products, training and research. Age UK supports and assists a network of over 330 local Age UKs and Age Concerns, which between them provide an extensive network throughout England. Local services can include: information, advice and advocacy services; day centres and lunch clubs; home help and 'handyperson' schemes; and IT and other training.&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.
