Maggie's provide a free programme of information, psychological support and anxiety reduction to complement medical treatment received at adjacent NHS hospitals. Every penny raised will go straight towards supporting those families, friends and carers who have been touched by cancer in your community.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span class="372505415-08022011"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.5pt;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt;">An energetic team from NRG completed the Three Peaks Challenge on 11<sup>th</sup> and 12<sup>th</sup> June.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The team climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden witnessing glorious sunshine, dropping temperatures, hail, rain and even snow at the top of Ben Nevis, with five of the team members </span><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US">completing all three peaks within an astonishing 23 hours and all team members managing to complete the challenge within 27 hours!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span class="372505415-08022011"><span style="font-size: small;"></span><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-size: small;">We still want to keep smashing our target and have more fundraising activities planned over the coming months including four staff members taking part in the North Run. </span></span></span></p>
