In May 2011, I will attempt to complete a 100 mile cycle ride through the countryside of Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham and Cheshire, which I'm told will have "...spectacular scenery and the odd challenge as I ride close to the highest village in Wales via Eglwyseg Mountain via Worlds End."  I don't fancy the climb up to the highest village, but the way back down should be fun!  The longest bike ride I have done to date is 54 miles, so this will be a significant challenge.
