On the 

16th of December I will be swimming 4k for a local charity that has done some amazing work in the community over the years called Discover Islam.

Discover Islam are the voice of the Muslim Community and been running to preserve our Faith and also deliver social initiatives.

In the last 5 years here are a few of their success projects

· Islamic material for those who have shown interest in Islam, providing free copies of Quran. May have embraced Islam due to the fantastic work they are doing,

· Helping setup and support Foodbanks

· Feed 100 homeless people weekly

· Providing gifts to children in care annually

· Launching the Heatluton campaign

· Delivering presentations to thousands of school children

· Hosting Annual Hajj Exhibitions

· Promoting Blood donations


Please donate generously as much or as little as you can. But as a minimum please remember them in your duaas.

Allah ta'ala says: “Verily those who give sadaqah, men and women, and lend Allah a goodly loan, it shall be increased manifold, and theirs shall be an honourable good reward (Paradise)” [Al-Hadid 57:18]
