Hey dudes, I am running this race to raise money for Refuge. 

1/4 women will suffer domestic abuse in their lives. 1 in 4! That's so many women! I have way more than 3 female friends & family members. Statistically, it's not looking good. 

Please donate to help support the work that Refuge does. It is really important. 

I sincerely hope that in the future there will be no need for the work that Refuge does, until then, you can support their campaign to provide, protect and prevent. 

I have never run a race (excepting the egg & spoon kind) before but I have powerful thighs & two sports bras to choose from, so I'm quite confident I can win the thing as long as everyone else forgets to take part.
