Story

As you'll know, I'm the kind of person who gets out of breath at the thought of running, let alone doing it. However, I'm doing the 5k Santa Dash in Glasgow on Sunday 11th December and will be raising money for Headway Ayrshire, a charity extremely close to my heart.

Headway provide tremendous support for people with a brain injury, their families and carers. They assist people with brain injuries to return to community living, including access to appropriate accommodation, social outlets and productive activity. They also campaign to raise awareness of brain injury and its consequences.

A brain injury is both life threatening and life changing. Please help me to make sure that Headway can keep making a difference and donate - I know it's the run up to Christmas but any amount you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
