Story

My friend and colleague, Holly was diagnosed with MS just over three years ago at age of 25, so to help her raise money and awareness of this disease for MS Research I have decided to climb 5,895m up Mount Kilimanjaro in freezing January 2014!!

It is going to be tough, the most challenging experience of my life. The toughest fundraising I've ever done -It is not a holiday, I will be exercising for long days in all weathers and won't be missing a day if it rains! There will be no personal comforts and camping will be hard, with no time for lie-ins!! I will be concentrating on my training from now til then, if you see me about on a run or in the gym please cheer me on!

I will not know how my body will cope with the effects of altitude and acclimatisation, but they recon over 25's have fewer problems!!.. well with a half marathon under my belt I am determined to smash it out and reach that summit!

Thanks to all my friends and family for all your support, kindness and generosity. Please help me reach my target and raise much needed funds for MS and the fantastic research which is helping millions of young people just like my friend Holly diagnosed with MS.

Thanks once again,

Love Nadia xxx
