<p>Hey Guys,</p> <p>Some of you may or may not know that I am raising money for Sparkes Home in Sri Lanka. &nbsp;They house 40 &lsquo;orphan&rsquo; girls in an area devastated by the tsumani and civil war or from families too poor to keep them. It burns up to 1000 calories a sesh!
