<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black;">Whilst I am a keen walker and enjoy walking holidays, this is a very different adventure with the majority of our team having limited or mountaineering or trekking experience. The walk itself will be both a physically and mentally demanding.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black;">In order to prepare for the trip each member of the team has joined monthly training weekends, plus a week in Chamonix, plus many hours in the gym to help us prepare for the trek ahead.</span></p>

Every member of the expedition will be paying all the costs for the trip and their equipment in full. I would like to emphasize that every penny of the money raised is matched by the company, the foundation then pass this onto charities which apply for grants.</span></p>
