Team Croftons (the three of us) are running in the Manchester Bupa 10k run on Sunday 16 May and we're aiming to raise as much money as possible for our chosen charity this year, which is Marie Curie Cancer Care.

They do a superb job throughout the year and we rather hope that our efforts will, with your help,raise some well needed funds.

Bob and Liz have done lots of  training......Naeem's done what he usually does....gone twice round the block so far!
