I am running 10k on the 5th May around Regents park...

Please help me raise lots of money to remember Lanfranco, and try and help make a difference raising awareness of CALM. 

Lan was such a bright, lovely guy who touched the lives of so many, and I hope we can do the same by raising lots of cash to help support  young men living miserably.

Suicide is currently still the single biggest killer in the UK among men under 35. CALM is a campaign and charity that offers support to young men through their help-line, magazine and online community and CALM listens to anyone who needs help or support. Its a fantastic charity, and all donations, no matter how small make a difference.
