I am not going to pretend I was Ricki's closest friend but when my partner suggested doing the colour run again this year I had to take the opportunity to do some good. 

During the short time I worked with Ricki organising the PGCE ball I spent most of the time crying with laughter. He kept me calm in a financial deposit crisis and made the celebration ball a one all PGCE students will never forget. Ricki was a literal candle in the wind and left an impact on everyone he met.

Any donation, no matter how small, will make an incredible difference to young people like Ricki.
