Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
The Aim of this challenge is to fundraise towards a new water plant that will cost a minimum of £100,000 to construct and will provide clean water to nearly 10,000 people every day. As well as shortages of drinking water, the people of Gaza face disease and serious health problems because they lack water for washing, sanitation and hygiene.
Islamic Help is working with the Palestinian Water Authority to alleviate some of the problems of the Gaza population. With our Gaza 100 Water Challenge, we have pledged to help rebuild Gaza with a new water plant.
The new plant will be at Wadi as Salqa where the water facility supplying local residents was destroyed by Israeli airstrikes.
Help provide the people of Gaza with clean water by giving generously.
