Some of you might remember the effort I made last time I did this, which involved squatting by the side of the road for ten minutes waiting for my thighs to uncramp. This time I am taking it a bit more seriously and not preparing for it by drinking eight pints of lager the night before...:

We are raising funds for the Great Ormond Street Hospital at Alchemy because of the outstanding work they do caring for thousands of very ill children each year.

On June 7th, we will ride from London to Brighton with the whole office.

Alchemy will MATCH every pound raised by the team up to £25,000 to achieve our overall target of £50,000.
