HO HO HO!!!!!!!

Christmas is on it's way............and to get into the festive spirit myself and Marie will be dressing up in Santa costumes on Sunday 6th December and aiming to run 5K around Greenwich park!!

You may think we are crazy ladies but this is in aid of a very good cause to raise as much as possible for the Children's Heart Federation.

This charity helps children with a heart defect and their families by providing specialist equipment, giving out small grants to the families with the unexpected costs, organise trips to bring the families together for mutual support and gives information and advice through a telephone helpline, fact sheets and their website: www.childrens-heart-fed.org.uk

I know christmas is fast approaching and money can be quite scarce but I would really appreciate your help by donating as much as you can  - as I always say every little helps!!!
