Jemma was one of the strongest, determined, kind hearted and passionate people I have ever met. She always had the ability to make people laugh and lit up any room she walked in! Jemma was born with Primordial Dwarfism and was one of the smallest people in the world, although that did not stop her bossing her parents (Mark and Tina) or brothers (Matt and Joe) about! In my eyes she was inspiration to all of us, a credit to our family and I feel privileged to have known her.</span></p>

This foundation relies on the donations and good-will of the public to maintain its ability to carry on its support. This charity has always meant a great deal to Jemma and my family as well as all the other individuals and families affected by Primordial Dwarfism. </span></p>

They overcome these hurdles with dignity, pride and character. They may live in a world and environment that is not build for them, nevertheless it is they who are the giants. Our memories of Jemma will always be treasured and talked about. </span></p>
