Ok, so as most of you will know I'm no runner, but this year I want to do new things, so off to the great north run I go. Also a lot of you will know 4 years ago my dad almost lost his life, but with the amazing work of Teesside police giving him CPR and the outstanding decication of James Cook intensive care unit, and the amazing nurses and doctors in the cardio wards at James Cook, we're lucky enough to still have him in our lives. I'd like to give something back, so here I am running for 'south cleveland heart fund', anything big or small will be greatly received by them, plus it will be a laugh seeing me attempting this.
