Sense is here to support disabled people from the first weeks of life through all the major milestones of adulthood. Over 70 years, we’ve built extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting disabled people with complex needs, including deafblind people.

Story

Hi everyone!!

I'm a final year Music student at the University of Huddersfield and I feel so lucky that I am able to take this opportunity in participating in the Virgin London Marathon for such a great charity that help deaf blind people across the UK. They offer a wide range of support to families and individuals, help with accomodation, give specialist support to children and organise community events.
I will be playing Trombone in a band of great, enthusiastic people marching the whole of the marathon!! I am aiming to raise a large amount of money for the charity Sense and any donation would be greatly appreciated. :D
