For anyone that knows me well! this is a extremely crazy thing for me to be doing! as exercise and me don't often appear in the same sentence!!

In October myself and awesome team mates will be running 3 miles while attempting to conquer 20 odd obstacles which include climbing stupidly high walls and ropes! swimming a lake! and jumping through fire!!!

this isn't just a crazy form of team building we want to try and raise as much money for a really great charity!
