Well, the completely unimaginable has happened... Nat's doing a run!! I know - I can't believe it either. Ok, it's not a marathon, it's only 10K but it's a BIG challenge for me! I started running, and no joke, could manage about 5 minutes before walking... I'm up to about 12minutes before my legs give way and I've got a LONG way to go!

 

I really need your support not only for the wonderful charity I'm running for, but to know the support is there to keep me motivated!

Body and Soul really is an amazing charity working tirelessly for children, teenagers and family living with HIV/AIDS. It's a charity I've known about for a long time and wanted to do something for, so I'm starting small, but you never know it may lead to bigger running adventures for me...but don't hold your breath!

 

In these tricky times, the smallest donation will help the charity and make a huge difference to a very under-represented and marginalisd group of young people who find love, support and bright future prospects at Body and Soul.
