Samaritans is a really worthy charity, it helps people who experience a whole variety of problems and issues. The Samaritans offer people a non-judgmental environment to talk, explore their feelings and be supported during emotional distress. Everybody needs somebody to talk to. I volunteered with the Samaritans as a listener for two years and found it a valuable charity to donate my time to. I'm finding time dwindling away so thought I'd raise money through running instead. Please give generously!
