Story
Hello friends,
Myself and Tom have signed up for the Warner Music ‘Wild Stride’ - walking the Six Peaks in the Lake District within 10 hours (all 5,600ft of ascent of it) - to raise money for Centrepoint.
Even though this is walking (and not running, for a change!) there's a lot of training to be done. Between now and 9th June, each weekend will see training walks ranging from 4 to 8 hours, taking in as many hills as possible!
The event has been designed to raise money for Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity. 83,000 young people experience homelessness every year, Centrepoint support thousands of them with housing, health and learning. All of the money we raised will help to transform the futures of vulnerable young people and young families facing homelessness in London.
If you can spare a few quid to support the cause (and us) that would be amazing!
