Great Scottish Run 2018 Half Marathon

Great Scottish Run 2018 · 30 September 2018
I have set myself the challenge of running 13.1 miles on Sunday the 30th of September.
I am raising money for Mental Health UK. This is a charity close to many families hearts, as 1 in 4 people in the UK are affected in their lifetime, with a mental health issue. Please donate whatever you can to help me make sure all my training is worth while, with money going to a good cause.
Through your donation, you will be providing vital funds to enable mental health UK to continue their work to improve treatment, fight stigma and change lives.
Mental Health UK works across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland to improve the lives of people with mental illness, and to support carers. Together our four founding member organisations, Rethink Mental Illness, Support In Mind Scotland, Hafal, and MindWise have worked for over 40 years to provide services, information, and advice to support anyone affected by mental illness.
Mental Health UK run over 400 services and 200 volunteer support groups in communities around the UK. Over 90,000 people rely on the organisation every year to help them get through crises, live independently and realise they are not alone.
