Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  Those of you who know me very well will know that doing a physically demanding challenge is somewhat out of character!

In fact, this is the first sponsored sporting event I've ever taken part in, so it's even more important to me that I finish the mile within the 60 minute time limit. The alternative of being pulled out of the water doesn't appeal so I'm training hard!
