This may be a surprise to many as I am certain that I am not known for my outdoor survival skills, physical strength or trekking experience, however, in October I will join a number of colleagues and clients from DLA Piper offices all over the world for a 4 day trek through the Simien Mountains in Ethiopia. We aim to summit Mount Bwahit, which peaks at 4,450m. 

The funds raised from this event will go towards supporting UNICEF's child justice programmes in order to ensure that children who come into contact with the law, whether as victims, witnesses or offenders, are properly protected.
