I will be joining a team of 15 other fantastic women to raise money for a wonderful music therapy charity...Nordoff Robins - the Uk's largest independent music therapy provider and trainer of music therapists.
I'm going to be undertaking the "Try-a-Tri" - A mini triathlon to encourage more women to participate in the sport and try it out: 200m swim, 11km bike and 2.5km run
I would be so grateful for any sponsorship. Just a small amount can make such a difference.
- £5 will provide a tool for a non verbal child to be able to express themselves beyond words through something as simple as drumsticks
- £50 will pay for a child suffering from cancer to attend a music therapy session
- £250 will pay for a full day of music therapy in a dedicated centre
I would love to raise enough for a full day of music therapy, so my target is £250!
