Hi All

Ok, after the 5k run for Race for Life, I said I wouldn't do anything remotely like that again, so the only reason why I could possibly be signing up for a 10k run is because I have lost my mind!!

However, whether I have gone crazy or not, on the 4th October 2009, I will be taking part in the ‘Daniel De-Gale’ 10K Marrow-thon for ACLT. The ACLT is a great charity which  continues to raise awareness of the urgent need for people of African descent to join the Bone Marrow Registers, and to support and assist black people and people of mixed parentage suffering from leukaemia and other related cancers.

So please donate, even if you're betting against me finishing or even turning up on what will most likely be a miserable day! It will all go to a worthwhile cause!
