Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund is the only national charity dedicated solely to beating pancreatic cancer through research. Survival rates are low, so new research is vital. In the past, this cancer received little attention. With your help, we can change this so more people beat pancreatic cancer.

Story

I have joined Team Jackie and am running in the Bath Family Fun Run to raise funds for the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund.  I want to help make a difference and stop families losing people that they love.

Approximately 9000 people a year are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and just 3% survive for 5 years or more and the average survival rate is 6 months from diagnosis.  These are statistics that haven't changed in 40 years.  There is currently no early diagnostic test, symptoms are few and vague and there are very limited treatments available.

Please help make a difference to future patients and sponsor me.
