Those of you who have known me for a while would have put money on that I would never volunteer to run a half marathon.  However, times change and just as my tipple of choice is real ale, DIY is my hobby and I'm now a beardy dad... I AM running the London Parks Half Marathon!

I'm running for BBC Children in Need, which is such an amazing cause and changes the lives of so many disadvantaged children and young people in the UK by funding over 1300 projects every year the length and breadth of the nation.
