Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am raising money for the Ray Gravell and Friends Charitable Trust. Ray was a legend in rugby-playing and broadcasting circles in Wales, but lost his battle against diabetes four years ago.

Having had a leg amputated, things looked more positive for Ray, until the diabetes spread down through his body. The nation lost a true leader and role model as a cause.

Please help causes close to his, as well as my heart and others in the rugby community of Wales and Britain, by donating.
