Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is the third year of my National Trail Challenge - between 30th April & 2nd May 2010 I'm heading north to tackle the 84-mile Hadrian's Wall Path to raise money for Willow Wood Hospice in Ashton-under-Lyne. Willow Wood is a wonderful place, as I saw at first hand when they cared for my father-in-law several years ago.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

This year I'm attempting to boost my fundraising effort with a competition! When making your donation, please add details of how long in total you think it will take me to run the Hadrian's Wall Path (hrs/mins/secs). Whoever gets closest to the actual time will win a food hamper (thanks to the generous assistance offered by the Co-op store in Ashton).

Please help support this worthwhile cause.
