Hello!

After hearing endless stories of friends who have completed marathons (and half-marathons), I decided to run the London Half-Marathon on the 11th of October - 13.1miles (about 21km) .  I've been jogging on and off for about two years but started training seriously for this marathon on the 1st of April.  Its been tough (to say the least!) but its also been very exciting to track my progress (in my last run I managed 8 miles!).

Part of the challenge for this marathon is going to be raising the money for my chosen charity: Medecins du Monde UK (www.mdmuk.org.uk).  I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me by donating ANY amount that you can contribute so that I can reach their target of AT LEAST £450!
