SKT Welfare is a UK registered charity & international NGO established in 2008, dedicated to the delivery of humanitarian aid & socioeconomic solutions regardless of race, political affiliation, gender or belief. Our aim is to help relieve the suffering of the world’s poor communities

Story

I will be taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon! All the funds raised, will go towards Al-Huda hospital to support the largest humanitarian crisis.

The crisis in Syria has:

- A death toll of over 150,000 innocent civilians which, unfortunately continues. Of this number 10,000 are children.
- Half the population (9 million people) are internally displaced
- 60% of public hospitals are damaged or destroyed
- 80,000 children are suffering from Polio

The Al-Huda Hospital in Northern Syria has an estimated 110 villages and 13 towns within its catchment area, of which the estimated population coverage is just under 1 million people. The hospital specialises in Trauma, Orthopedics and Neurosurgery, which has a fully equipped operating theatre, an X-Ray and ultrasound machine, sterilisation room, pharmacy, laboratory and wash room. A dedicated section of the hospital is a clinic which caters for less critical patients and minor injuries.

Any donations are greatly received, no amount is too small as every donation helps.

Together, lets #Stand4Syria

Thank you for your support.
