I have entered the Windsor-triathlon-2011. This is a middle distance triathlon and consists of a 1500 metre swim in the river Thames, 42km cycle and a 10 km run.You are now asking  yourselves why would an 18 stone unfit pie eating northerner do this to himself? Charity of courseJ
My father passed away in June of last year so I am going to be doing this event for  his favourite charity Middlesbrough & Stockton Mind.They do an amazing job by helping people who are experiencing a wide range of mental health problems and offer information,advice and group support.
