So here I go again. During October I will be cycling from Whitehaven to Sunderland on my bike with my soon to be wife as a support  team helping be with  equipment. I plan to cycle 50+miles a day I will be pushing myself to try to complete in 3 days. As you all know Liverpool hospital is place close to my heart without them I wouldn't  be in a position to do this challenge.
