Match For The Day is a 24 hour 5 a side football match, in order to raise money for Marie Curie.

The organiser (Paul Hughes) and his brother Dave organised the first MFTD in 2014, inspired by their Mum who was battling cancer so bravely at the time.

The care they gave her both during the years of treatment she had and especially during her last weeks and hours was amazing.
