My story

Right - this is the first stage of training for a trialthlon I wasn’t going to bother with sponsorship for this but a few people have told me I should so I have, but don’t worry I will be coming after you for a lot more at Triathlon time so there’s no need to empty the pockets just yet as there may also be swims and cycle rides in between now and then to cough up for as well.

This is a 10k run around Loseley House (yes the place where they make nice ice cream) grounds. My previous best 10k time is 59m:15s, so I am simply aiming to beat that.

I’m raising money for PKD which is the Kidney Disease I was diagnosed with this year and as there is currently no cure for it, to me it seemed like a pretty good idea to raise money for them! Anything you can spare is greatly appreciated and please gift aid it if you are a UK taxpayer.
